A strong day in Wall Street following excellent corporate results. Internal momentum points out to more strength on the NYSE than on the Nasdaq where the cumulative advance/decline line can’t decisively break on the upside. Most of our indicators are trading around the highs of their historic bounds, which has been the case for quite a long time. The weekly survey among active professional portfolio managers indicates that this category of investors, after a brief period of cautiousness, is again positioned to play the upside of the market.
