Has a kind of correction/consolidation started yesterday? Time will tell?
Breadth closed again on a weak note: 1'070 stocks advanced compared to 3'078 that settled down, deteriorating a little bit more the cumulative advance/decline line. Options traders were more cautious and have started to increase their exposure in puts as measured by put/call ratios. One of our daily sentiment indicators has improved swiftly. Our short term trading model is not too far to turn down.
