S&P 500 4112,5 +49,46.
Over the last two days, the financial bubble continued to deflate on high flying stocks. There is still ample room to go for some of them and the cryptocurrencies. Funny enough, Tesla (Usd 571) has become a crypto-stocks and has broken its 200 day moving average with a price objective at Usd 400. The real question for investors is to figure out how the good quality stocks are going to perform in this kind of environment. Our indicators are improving, either the put/call ratios or the weekly sentiment surveys among private and professional investors. On the other side, internal momentum on the Nasdaq is weak as measured by its cumulative advance/decline line that is going to test its 200 day moving average.
