Buying pressure increased as measured by some of our indicators: short covering or fresh buying? The question remains open. Nevertheless, the stock market continues to work out its oversold situation reached at the end of January and we observe that market participants are again more eager to take renewed risk as measured by put/call ratios and weekly sentiment indicators. As an example, our ten day oscillator based on the advance/decline line is entering into the overbought zone.
