S&P 500 4395,26 -23,89.
The stock market spent last week hovering around the 4400 level without any clear direction. We observed last Friday some selling pressure as measured by our buying/selling index. Our indicators improved slightly as options trading has become more cautious as measured by various put/call ratios. The list of new highs improved slightly, especially on the NYSE. We still observe closely the internal momentum of the market as measured by the cumulative advance/decline line that has to recover strongly to justify the continuation of the bull market.
